On November 21, 2025, Gabala Hospitality Group (GHG) carried out its next annual tree-planting campaign within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy. As a continuation of this already traditional initiative, the campaign reflects the company’s respect for the environment and represents one of its consistent steps toward protecting and greening the region’s ecosystem.

Employees from all companies operating under Gabala Hospitality Group actively participated in the campaign, collectively contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. During the event, more than a thousand alder and maple trees were obtained from the Forest Development Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and, with appropriate expert support, planted in the forest-adjacent areas surrounding the Tufandag Winter-Summer Tourism Recreation Complex.

In her speech during the campaign, GHG’s Chief Executive Officer Shabnam Farman emphasized the company’s principles of sustainability and social responsibility, stating:

“Protecting nature is not just a duty for us — it is a value. Preserving the beauty of the region we live in and passing on a healthy ecological environment to future generations is a core part of our mission. Initiatives like this strengthen our connection to nature and enhance the sense of collective responsibility. We extend our gratitude to the volunteers who joined us for the first time this year — their active participation is truly meaningful to us.”

The aim of the campaign is not only to plant new trees but also to increase environmental awareness in society and further promote the value of nature and a sense of responsibility.
